These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the School E Solutions web portal and mobile apps (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

• A school registers an administrator account; the administrator may create staff/teacher logins for their school.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful school-management purposes, and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the Service. Schools are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the records they enter.

3. Fees & subscriptions

Some features are offered on paid plans. Applicable charges, billing and plan limits are shown at the time of purchase. Fees collected from parents through the Service are managed by the school; School E Solutions is a software provider and is not a party to fee transactions between a school and its parents.

4. Communication

By using the Service, schools and their parents consent to receive service communications (OTP, fee receipts, reminders, attendance alerts and school notices) by SMS, app notification and email.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and logos, is owned by School E Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. The data a school enters remains the school's.

6. Availability & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, School E Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. A school may stop using the Service at any time; on termination, the school may request export or deletion of its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj (Allahabad) and the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
